On the day of the performance, when the theatre is processing your order, you will receive an email explaining where to collect your items. There will also be a link to a live order page, where you will be able to see where to collect your prepared refreshments.
All orders appear as pending on your bank statement until the day of your visit. Your card will not be charged and your confirmation email won’t be sent until the bar accepts your order on the day of your visit.
Your confirmation email will be sent once the bar has accepted your order.
If you cannot select a timeslot, this unfortunately means that we have taken the maximum amount of orders for this timeslot. Please select another timeslot.
To order for the interval please select the timeslot that is one hour after the performance start time.
